Refunds & Revisions: Because we provide custom digital digitizing and vector files, we do not offer unconditional money-back refunds once the digitizing work has begun. However, we offer unlimited free revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the design. If the final digital file is technically defective and cannot be corrected by our team, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
