What are your business hours and how quickly do you respond?

We respond to emails and messages within 1 hour during our core business hours of 8AM to 10PM Mountain Time (MT), 7 days a week including weekends. Most orders placed outside these hours are still started and delivered within the standard 2 to 4 hour window because our digitizing team works across multiple shifts. For truly urgent orders, email info@sassydigitizing.com with RUSH in the subject and a digitizer will pick it up as soon as possible.

Are your designs auto-digitized or done manually?

Every design is 100% manually digitized by one of our 38 expert digitizers in Wilcom V9 and E2. We do not use auto-digitizing software, auto fonts or any automated stitch generation on any order, regardless of price or complexity.

Can you handle complex designs like 3D puff or small lettering?

Yes. We specialize in technically demanding digitizing including 3D puff cap logos, small lettering down to 3mm, jacket back large-format designs and applique digitizing. Complex designs are assessed individually and priced before work begins.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer unlimited free revisions on all orders. If a file has a digitizing error caused by our team, we fix it at no cost. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for genuinely unresolvable issues.

How do I get a quote or place an order?

For standard cap and left chest logos, the price is a flat $15 with no quote required. For jacket backs and complex designs, upload your artwork using our contact form or order form and we will confirm the price within 30 minutes before any work begins. You can also call us for an immediate quote.

How long does it take to get my digitized file?

Standard turnaround is 2 to 4 hours from artwork approval. Rush delivery in 1 to 2 hours is available at no extra cost. Just note RUSH in your order or message.

What file formats do you provide?

We deliver DST, PES, EMB, JEF, VP3, EXP, VIP, HUS, XXX and all other major embroidery formats. Tell us your machine brand and model and we match the format. All formats are included in your order price.

What if I need edits or revisions?

Free unlimited revisions are included on every order. If your file needs adjustment after your first sew-out, contact us with the specific change required and we will update the file at no extra charge. Revisions are processed within 2 to 4 hours.
