Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our embroidery digitizing service, pricing, file formats, turnaround times and revision policy.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Sassy Digitizing subscriptions have no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel at any time directly from your account dashboard. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing cycle, so you keep full access to your remaining designs for the month before cancellation takes effect.

Does rush turnaround cost extra on a subscription?

No. Rush delivery, 1 to 2 hours instead of 2 to 4, is included at no extra charge on every subscription plan. Just add 'RUSH' to your order notes. The monthly price shown is the price you pay, regardless of delivery speed.

Do unused designs roll over to the next month?

No. Subscription designs are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over. If you need flexibility for irregular order volume, a design pack is a better fit — credits never expire and there is no recurring charge.

Which subscription plan is right for me?

The Starter plan at $450/mo suits shops with consistent monthly volume of 5 or fewer standard designs. The Business plan at $650/mo is built for growing shops that need 12 designs per month across mixed placement types with rush included. The Enterprise plan at $999/mo is for high-volume studios that need unlimited output and a dedicated digitizing team.

What design types are included in the subscription?

Starter covers left chest, cap, sleeve, and pocket designs. Business adds 3D puff, jacket backs, and applique at no extra charge. Enterprise includes every design type with no restrictions. All plans include free revisions within 7 days of delivery and all machine formats at no extra cost.

What formats do you deliver?

Embroidery orders are delivered in DST, PES, EMB and additional formats such as JEF, VP3, EXP, and XXX based on your machine brand. Vector art orders include AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF, with a high-resolution PNG also included. All formats are included in your plan price at no extra charge.

What if I only have a low-resolution image?

No problem. You can send a blurry JPEG, a phone photo, or even a rough sketch. Our digitizers manually recreate the design from scratch using professional software; no auto-tracing is used. The quality of your artwork affects complexity but does not prevent us from producing a clean, production-ready file.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No contract and no minimum commitment. You pay month to month and can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees, no lock-in periods, and no penalties for downgrading or stopping your plan.
