Embroidery orders are delivered in DST, PES, EMB and additional formats such as JEF, VP3, EXP, and XXX based on your machine brand. Vector art orders include AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF, with a high-resolution PNG also included. All formats are included in your order price at no extra charge; just tell us your machine and we match it.
Yes. Sassy Digitizing subscriptions have no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel at any time directly from your account dashboard. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing cycle, so you keep full access to your remaining designs for the month before cancellation takes effect.

Our digitizers manually recreate the design from scratch using Wilcom V9 and E2 professional software; no auto-tracing is used.
