We do not use Wilcom's auto-digitizing features, auto fonts, batch processing, or any automated stitch generation tools regardless of order price or turnaround speed. Manual digitizing produces clean production files that run correctly on the first sew-out, while auto-digitized files frequently fail with incorrect density, missing underlay, and unreadable small text.

Text below 3mm cannot be reliably embroidered on any commercial or home embroidery machine regardless of digitizing quality due to physical needle and thread diameter limitations.
