Payment is collected in full at the time of order placement and prior to the commencement of any digitizing or vector production.

• Payment Gateways: All transactions are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or Whop). By making a purchase, you also agree to the respective terms of service of the payment processor used at checkout.
• Pricing: If no custom quote was provided prior to checkout, standard listed pricing will apply. For special pricing on bulk volume orders, enterprise retainers, or specific payment terms, please contact our billing department at info@sassydigitizing.com prior to placing your order.

3. Refunds, Revisions, and Disputes

Because Sassy Digitizing LLC provides custom-made digital files, all sales are final once the completed digital files have been delivered.

• Revisions: We are committed to your satisfaction. If there is a technical issue with the file or if it does not match the original instructions provided, we offer free reasonable revisions and edits to ensure the design runs smoothly.
• Dispute Resolution: Customers are strictly required to contact our support team at info@sassydigitizing.com to resolve any file issues or request revisions before opening a dispute or chargeback with their credit card company or bank.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment and final delivery, all custom embroidery and vector files produced by Sassy Digitizing LLC become the sole property of the purchasing client. Sassy Digitizing LLC retains no rights to reproduce, resell, distribute, or reuse your custom delivered files without your explicit written consent.

5. Modification of Content and Limitation of Liability

All website content, including listed services, pricing, and promotional offers, is subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for complete accuracy on our platform, we do not guarantee the total absence of typographical errors or omissions. Sassy Digitizing LLC shall not be held liable for any production delays, material costs, or damages incurred by the client resulting from the use of our digital files. It is the client's responsibility to test-stitch all files prior to production.

6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. By using our services, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that State to resolve any legal matters arising from this agreement.
