Payment is collected at the time of order placement. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor before file production begins. If no quote was provided, standard pricing will apply. For special pricing on volume orders or specific payment terms, please contact our billing department at info@sassydigitizing.com.
All website content is subject to change without notice, including services, pricing, and promotions. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee the absence of errors
All services provided by Sassy Digitizing LLC are strictly digital. Completed technical files (DST, PES, vector formats, etc.) are delivered electronically via email or secure download link. We do not manufacture, package, or ship any physical goods.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
Upon full payment, all embroidery and vector files delivered by Sassy Digitizing LLC become the sole property of the client. Sassy Digitizing LLC retains no rights to reproduce, resell, or reuse delivered files without written consent from the client.
All products sold by Sassy Digitizing LLC are digital files. Purchases are for the delivery of digital embroidery stitch files and vector art files only. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges they are purchasing a digital file product to be delivered electronically.
