Every embroidery design pack includes DST, PES, EMB, JEF, VP3, EXP, XXX and all major machine formats at no extra charge. Your editable source file is also included. Vector art packs include AI, EPS, SVG, PDF and a high-resolution DTF-ready PNG. Just tell us your machine brand on submission and we deliver the exact formats you need.

Yes. The 3D Puff Design Pack at $20 is specifically built for raised foam embroidery on structured caps, hats, and headwear. It uses a specialized foam underlay with optimized stitch mapping to hold the foam cleanly without gaps or thread breaks. The 5-Pack at $75 also supports 3D puff alongside appliqué and standard designs.

Standard turnaround for design packs is 2 to 4 hours from the time we receive your artwork and order details. The 3D Puff and 5-Pack orders are placed on priority queue. If you need your file even faster, add RUSH to your order notes and we will prioritize your job at no additional charge.

Our digitizers manually recreate your design from scratch using Wilcom V9 and E2 — no auto-tracing, no AI shortcuts. The quality of your source image affects complexity but does not prevent us from producing a clean, production-ready stitch file.

Yes. Free minor revisions are included with every design pack. Minor changes cover stitch density adjustments, same-placement resizing, color changes, and small lettering tweaks. Major redesigns or artwork that requires starting from scratch may be counted as a new design credit depending on the scope of changes.
