The guarantee covers what digitizing actually controls: underlay structure, stitch density, pull compensation, and stitch sequencing. It does not cover thread breaks caused by machine tension problems, incorrect needle selection, or a worn machine. We can tell the difference on a photo of your sew-out.

DST, PES and EMB files are delivered together. Colour worksheets are included with all DST files. All revisions are free and follow the same turnaround time.
