Yes. Every file in the Sassy Digitizing free library was manually built by one of our expert digitizers in Wilcom V9 and E2 professional software. No auto-digitizing tools were used. Before any design enters the free library it passes the same quality review as a paid order: correct underlay structure, proper stitch density for the intended fabric type, and a test sew-out on a commercial machine. The free sample files represent the same production-ready standard as every custom order we deliver.

Every free design is available in DST, PES, and EMB formats. DST works on Tajima, Barudan, Happy, Melco, and most commercial multi-head machines. PES works on all Brother and Babylock home and commercial machines. EMB is the native Wilcom editable format. If your machine uses a different format such as JEF for Janome, VP3 for Husqvarna Viking or Pfaff, HUS for older Husqvarna, or XXX for Singer, contact us after downloading and we will convert the file to the correct format at no charge.

Yes. All free embroidery and vector art files from Sassy Digitizing are licensed for commercial production. You may stitch them on customer garments, uniforms, hats, and merchandise and sell the finished embroidered products. The one restriction is redistribution: the digital files themselves may not be resold, shared as downloads, or repackaged as embroidery resources without written permission from Sassy Digitizing.

The free library includes cap front logos, left chest badge designs, small lettering samples, and seasonal or sports-themed graphics. Stitch counts range from approximately 3,000 stitches for simple left chest designs to 15,000 stitches for larger cap front artwork. All designs are sized and optimized for standard production placements. New categories and designs are added regularly as the library grows.

After downloading, copy the file in the correct format to a USB drive or machine-specific memory card depending on your machine type. Most commercial Tajima and Barudan machines read from USB or compact flash. Brother PE and PR series machines read from USB drives. Janome machines use USB drives or built-in wireless transfer on newer models. If you are unsure, check your machine manual or contact us and we will guide you through the process.
